NV2 Suspension Fork Re-valve
Our custom fork valving will increase plushness without sacrificing bottoming resistance. You will see a significant decrease in deflection in roots and rocks and an increase in stability through rough terrain.
- Complete disassembly and cleaning of fork legs, cartridge and fork valving.
- Inspection of all parts, we give notification of all worn, damaged or suspect parts before replacement.
- Installation of custom shim stacks to meet the rider’s weight, ability, and style.
- Reassembly and fork oil level set to rider specifications.

NV2 Suspension Shock Re-valve
Our custom shock valving will increase plushness without sacrificing bottoming resistance. Our custom shock valving will increase stability in the rear of your motorcycle for less rear end swap. Shock valving is extremely sensitive to changes in spring rate, our custom valving will matched to the spring rate best suited for your size and ability.
- Complete disassembly and cleaning of shock, shaft and shock valving.
- Inspection of all parts. We give notification of all worn, damaged or suspect parts before replacement.
- Installation of custom shim stacks to meet the rider’s weight, ability, and style.
- Reassembly and nitrogen reservoir charge.

Suspension Lowering
Shorter and less experienced riders can gain confidence by being able to simply touch the ground on their motorcycle. We can lower nearly any motorcycle up to 2 inches. Prices start at:

NV2 Suspension Maintenance Service
As you ride your suspension fluids break down and become contaminated and dirty. Dirt gets through your seals, bushings and aluminum parts wear leaving particles in the fluid. This results in an ongoing plunge in performance. Most riders will be amazed at how good something as simple as servicing your suspension will make your suspension feel.
